Yoga for Hillwalkers

StretchingYen has written an article for Trail Magazine which has appeared under the skills section of the November edition of the magazine.

The article focuses on some useful yoga poses for hikers which should help to improve strength, fitness and overall flexibility in the mountains.  It has also been shown that regular stretching can reduce injuries and should mean that you are less stiff the day after a long hike.
