Our Team

Most of our breaks are run and hosted by Kevin and Yen, with Kevin leading the hikes and Yen teaching the yoga classes.

As we increase the number of trips we run we are also expanding our team to take advantage of other teachers and mountain leaders with great local knowledge and experience.

She enjoys  the great outdoors ; hiking, trekking, cycling, climbing and skiing, and is also a qualified personal trainer and yoga sports coach.  Apart from running Yoga Hikes, Yen also teaches groups and private clients locally in the Lake District.  Yen is registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals and is also trained as a Walking Group Leader.
