YogaHikes is run by Yen Yau and Kevin Blissett and was set up so we could share our love of hiking and yoga with as many like minded people as possible. We have been running yoga and hiking breaks since 2014 and we also live in the Lake District so have developed a great love and knowledge of hiking in the local area. Our breaks generally include two yoga classes each day, a fully guided group hike, breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus accommodation.
