The general format of our Lake District yoga hiking weekends is to start each day with a yoga session, then head out to the spectacular scenery for a full days guided hike. We return for some homemade cake washed down with plenty of tea, or coffee and then finish with a final yoga session, before dinner.
The yoga is varied and so will be suitable for beginners as well as for those who have practised before. The general focus of the morning yoga sessions will be to energise and warm up the body for our walk, and in the afternoon, the yoga session will focus on stretching out those tired muscles and on relaxing the body.
Accommodation, meals, yoga, guided hikes, great company and amazing scenery are all included.
